Painting has been a lifelong practice that began in childhood and has evolved over time into a sacred form of self-expression. Each painting begins with an emotional impulse or inner experience I want to explore. Sometimes a clear image forms before I begin; other times, the work reveals itself as I move through the layers.

Themes I often explore include feminine strength, goddess mythologies/symbolism, and the beauty of the natural world. Water is both a literal and symbolic presence in my work: a tool I use and a force I honor.

Together with bold colors, metallics, and textures, I aim to create unique works that feel alive with movement and feeling.
